Exchanges and Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized: 

1. Email cseminario@carmenseminario.com and include your order number. 
2. CARMEN SEMINARIO will issue a Return Authorization Number. CARMEN SEMINARIO will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. 

You will have 7 days to return or exchange your order from the time your order is received. Please contact cseminario@carmenseminario.com to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returned items must be unused with all original tags and accessories attached. Items that have been personalized, damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted for return. 

Within your initial shipment, you will receive a return label. If you choose to use the return label, the cost will be $10 and will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Once your return has been received, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that the return has been received and accepted. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back and will incur a $30 re-stock fee and return shipping.

Exchanges

CARMEN SEMINARIO does not currently allow exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order.

Receiving your refund

Once your return has been received and if it is accepted, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. All sales taxes will also be refunded. 

Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account, depending on your banking institution or payment provider. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
